Project - St Georges Road –  Loft Conversion and Extension Services

This job was awarded to us despite being in competition with 2 other builders. It is to build new rear extension and loft conversion. The client has moved out of the property for six months. There is a a lot of steel beam fabrication works which enables most of the ground floor to be demolished and rebuild. Once beams are installed for the new loft structure and a new flat roof structure to rear extension with many velux windows to structure. A new heating system will be fitted to enable new areas to go inside with heating and plumbing this project is in the early stages, with more images to follow.
