The process looks like this:

Step 1 – Meeting and Initial Planning

After an initial meeting to discuss your project, we’ll develop a brief covering the details and scope of the work you need designed and built. This brief will provide a foundation from which we can develop initial design proposals for you to have a look at. These will also be used in pre-application feasibility talks with applicable planning authorities.

Step 2 – Design Development and Approval

To move the planning approval process forwards, we will develop the initial design proposals into a more detailed set of drawings. Any further discussions with planning authorities and related bodies will take place during this period to ensure things are on track. All required forms and documents, including drawings, will then be carefully prepared and submitted through the appropriate channels.

Step 3 – Final Design and Construction

The final stage takes place once planning approval has been received. All design drawings will be enhanced with added information for Building Regulations approval and specifications for full construction requirements. The project will then be carefully monitored throughout the building process, from beginning to end.
