This job was a single storey rear extension with some large steel works to enable a flowing kitchen/dinner. We have installed a pitch roof system with in a parapet wall structure and a glass lantern to provide substantial light to the rear of the property. We have installed all new drainage including new inspection chamber. We have also fitted a bespoke kitchen and flooring along with bi-fold doors. We have installed a downstairs w/c and decorated throughout the ground floor areas. We have also partly rewired the property.
