Completion of an 18 room hotel refurbishment which will covered a full renovation throughout the including communal areas. This high end specification job saw in 18 en-suite bedrooms with full decoration, plastering, electrical, furniture making, wood flooring, windows, tiling and CCTV systems. It also included removal of walls to some rooms and reconfiguration to most other rooms. We worked alongside the client for 3 months and we were successfully awarded the contract over 3 other competing contractors.
