BWT recently won a large rear extension and possible loft conversion at this property. We worked closely with the client for about 6 months and successfully won the job against other competing builders. It was a single story rear extension with lots of structural steel beam works (see images) along with a new heating system and kitchen renewal. It also involved a large patio area from where the new extension will be built. This job took 14 weeks from start to finish.
